Our first experience with Casas Real was via the Internet. In our search for a beautiful house in Spain on the Costa Blanca, we came into contact with Tjeerd Geerts via the Casas Real site. He responded very enthusiastically to our questions and promised us to look for a house that met our needs. We soon received a call from him that he had found something very nice that had just come on the market. We agreed to come to Spain and go out with him or a colleague. The house turned out to be a direct hit and we received fantastic help from the very first moment until the signing of the purchase contract with all the things you encounter in Spain. From the NI number to a fantastic Spanish contractor who completely renovated our house to our liking in 3 months, Tjeerd kept us well informed by email during this renovation. His excellent knowledge of the Spanish language also came in handy. It is now 5 years later and we have not regretted doing business with Casas Real for a second. Tjeerd has become a good friend who still provides us with advice and assistance.

Just a message to let you know that we are having a fantastic time in our apartment in Altea Hills. We contacted you because we were looking for an apartment in Spain. Pascale then took us to different apartments. She is a good listener and also remembers what your desires are and what you would rather not have. It is also she who, at every apartment, when we were not thinking about it, pointed out the things we would rather have and would rather not have. That's how we ended up at our apartment “with champagne breakfast in bed” Pascale. She does this excellently and would like to thank you and especially her for that. We are now enjoying Altea Hills. We can only highly praise the fast, efficient, knowledgable and always friendly service. Viewings were arranged promptly but the time spend with us at the property during viewings felt never rushed. Questions were dealt with patiently and it was of enourmous help that Pascalle spoke the vendors language (in this case dutch) - to find out the finer details of the property. Once we had decided, after several viewings and many questions, to submit an offer this was again dealt with efficiently and being multilungual really helped with the negotiations. From viewing to completing the purchase and us being able to move into or new home took approximately 8 weeks! Which would have been impossible without the help of Tjeerd and Pascalle.
